The course is not particularly physical but you require to be on top form to meet the challenges of the day.

Give it a go, it will really help your team, in the team competition, if you know how to apply this particular toolkit.
All participants should be dressed in warm casual sports wear with training shoes or walking boots. There is a “wet weather” programme which will come into play if conditions are too cold, wet or both.
